Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery. QuantisphereLabs delivers digital services including web development, e-commerce solutions, API architecture, cloud deployment, and technical consulting. All services are performed remotely from our office at Calle Maestro Caballero 2, Piso 3 D, Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid, Spain.

2. Project Milestones. Projects are structured around defined milestones. Each milestone has specific deliverables and approval criteria. Payment for completed milestones is non-refundable once the deliverable has been provided and accepted by the client.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins. If you cancel a project before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment within 14 business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].

4. Cancellation During Active Projects. If you cancel during an active project, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Completed milestones are non-refundable. Partially completed work will be delivered as-is, and you will be invoiced proportionally.

5. Defective Deliverables. If a delivered milestone does not meet the agreed specifications documented in the project brief, QuantisphereLabs will remediate the deficiency at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe. If remediation is not possible, a partial refund proportional to the non-conforming scope will be issued.

6. Refund Process. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant milestone delivery. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. QuantisphereLabs reserves the right to deduct administrative fees for payment processing costs incurred.

7. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law. Clients may contact the Spanish Consumer Arbitration Board or pursue resolution through the courts of Madrid, Spain.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement. By accessing or using the services provided by QuantisphereLabs, located at Calle Maestro Caballero 2, Piso 3 D, Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid, Spain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services. QuantisphereLabs provides web development, e-commerce solutions, API architecture, cloud infrastructure deployment, SEO optimization, security auditing, and related digital consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Obligations. The client must: provide accurate and complete project requirements, respond to queries within 48 hours, provide necessary access credentials and assets in a timely manner, and designate a single point of contact for project communications.

4. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed deliverables transfer to the client. QuantisphereLabs retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general methodologies developed during the project. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Payment Terms. Invoices are issued according to the project milestone schedule. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge. QuantisphereLabs reserves the right to suspend work if payment is overdue by more than 30 days.

6. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information exchanged during the project. This includes business strategies, technical architectures, source code, and client data. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

7. Limitation of Liability. QuantisphereLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability under any agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.

9. Termination. Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed to date. All deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client.

10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to consumer protection rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
